What this project brings

Why should I send my subordinate for a future leader programme?

I would like to prepare my future successor or strengthen the independency of management members. I would need him/her to take on more responsibility for their actions. I would need him/her to stand taller for their approach. I simply need more of a leader than a manager.

A few good reasons...

Why should I invest my time and money into a future leader programme?

Do I want to improve my abilities and skills to lead others to perfection?
Do I want to separately apply my creative energy within leading myself and others? To accept responsibility that would not tie my hands and be encouraged to make the right strategic decisions, to be unpopular? To learn the art of communication which spreads my enthusiasm into hearts of others? Or do I secure my confidence to work with a smile and lightness even at the most difficult conditions?

Perhaps a bit of all...

Why should my son or my daughter undertake a future leader programme?

My offspring is talented to lead others. I want him/her to learn more independency and responsibility. He/she needs encouragement for their decision at the right moment. He/she will need it when taking over from leaders who are slowly but certainly going to leave. They would also need to master the art of communication by which they will assure others about their right direction of a new journey. No school can teach them skills that are above the years of experience that one gets.

I want to contribute on this programme...

I know I am a leader.

I am convinced I can lead other people the way of my vision. I can see current leaders are missing clear and plain ideas which would inspire others.
I feel the time has come for big changes in politics, economics and issues guided by faith.
I want to be part of these changes and I want to be active. Therefore at the moment it is useful for me to undertake the future leader programme.

It is never late...
