I started with business after the revolution in 1991 at my grandfather’s ruinous farm. Although I am a manager who has built up a few successful companies, I am a self-taught person.
My father lived his entire productive life in communism and his experiences were only touched by my grandfathers’ generations who were proper farmers with the “typical common sense”.
I respect my father so much for his tireless effort “to do something better” in times which were not so open for this.
This project is a long term project for me, in which I want to help the impending generation of leaders. I can find the power of taking responsibility for action in each one, due to my support and experience. I would like to experience “the decision” for better, healthier and a more beautiful country which comes with the determination to make it happen. Another important reason like the above is to cooperate with two, for me very important, people who by their presence and activity in this project help my own development.
I want to pass along everything I have learnt by searching, my will and vision in the past 17 years as a successful businessman and from what I have inherited from my Father and Grandfathers.
I wouldn’t pass this along only as an experience, but as a couch-guide, I am prepared to ask certain questions and topics which open up the wisdom without any further comments. At the end we will get to “universal wisdom” that leaders have inside themselves if they ask themselves well and give honest answers…so they will simply find themselves and will create their model of world.
For me it is important that not only the aim, but also the journey towards it, is where I experience joy, fulfilment and energy of purpose of this activity. I will certainly take away enlightenment and wisdom of others who will attend this programme.
I want to be a part of this project because I am interested in a topic of hidden possibilities. I feel there is a unique possibility to work with either colleagues who are similarly internally tuned or talented people who are searching for a contact with the source of wisdom and power.
I wish to work with people who have the courage to fully accept the responsibility for a quality of their lives and want to actively make their own footprints into everything they will decide to do.
The biggest discovery I have hopefully understood, which I would like to pass along with its functionality is that, a person not only discovers but creates as well.
Reception is an unconsciously creative function and if it becomes conscious and active, miracles can happen easily.
Passivity and neutrality in our lives is only limiting illusion, we actively put the finishing touches to our lives either we realise it or not.
It is understandable that we consider ourselves as passive beings, we spend many years as children who think adults can manage everything, and teachers surely know everything too. Then we are standing at the threshold of being adult and realising many adults don’t know and they even don’t know they don’t know.
And then we start to search, discover and create.
I wish to take away the feeling of joy and synergy in a common creation and experiencing a decent living.
Future Leader is a project where my long term vision is being fulfilled; where there is an interconnection of personal and spiritual growth of a person within work and business issues. I have found fantastic partners and colleagues who I have this vision in common with, and I am looking forward to our co-operation.
I would like to increase the number of people who are connected with their intuition, their innerself, and those who manage and significantly lead people and events around them.
I am missing higher awareness and overrun in contemplation of current Czech leaders and I would like to help this way of thinking to cultivate and develop it. We are all part of one enormous human net which is lined-up onto systems around us and top future leader should know this continuity and to be able to decide according to that.
I would like to help building good foundation. Tools, techniques, processes for effective work, time management, communication, managing people…
I would like to hold up a mirror, to give new angles of a view at things, to give impulses and encourage to changes and personal growth.
I would like to give my energy, deployment, enthusiasm and to give the best of me what is possible in the time given.
A joyful feeling from work which is done well. Memories of collaboration with fantastic people. Financial, intellectual and human reward and enrichment.
