Yes, the programme is organized for every leader to take away quality techniques for their work. It is important that techniques will be experienced on each applicant; perhaps even they will practise them with other applicants. Techniques experienced and absorbed will be adjusted by each applicant according to their own style of work.
A Trainer or a mentor is trying to give you new information about how to do something or is passing along some experience and tools. A couch is leading you into experienced techniques and questions, and you are searching inside you, in your database which everybody owns…, you are searching in your own consciousness and your own unconsciousness.
A leader has to see a bit further than others. The word vision is not accidental. To improve the quality of visual pictures is the best what a person can do for them. Our life will get a brand new dimension. Then it is possible to create new non-standard projects with far better motivation and power.
If there is “calm water” and firm or institutions do not need to orient in changes, then a manager is enough to secure the needed by certain processes and process tools. In this case a leader is not necessary. In times when there is a unbelievable amount of changes more every hour than every day, it is necessary to have a leader with institution, high reception all senses and skills to see above the systems and happenings.
The aim is to teach applicants to stand stronger on their feet. This strength results from internal self-belief and awakening of their own mission. It is a journey inwards. The rest is managed up to the applicants.
The purpose of this course is not to teach coaching. For that there are special courses of Koucink Academy or Active NLP. The purpose is to experience possibilities on yourselves which quality coaching can provide. Possibilities, that are necessary on leaders’ journey.
It is somebody, who is searching, creating and building, not only externally, but also inside themselves. It is somebody who brings positive news, way out and possibilities into an environment. Somebody who can show their teeth but his/her weapon is understanding. Somebody, who is searching for his /her own real place.
The programme starts after the setup of a suitable group of attendants. Meetings take place once a month. The duration of the programme lasts for one year.
