For a future leader programme there are people of 4 categories who can apply:
Group 1. Aged 29-45 years old who currently lead at least 2 employees or co-ordinate a group of at least 2 co-workers. In exceptional cases it is possible to accept a student who doesn't fulfil the above.
Group 2. Aged 40-108 years old who lead at least 2 employees or co-ordinate a group of at least 2 co-workers.
Group 3 Applicants of group 1 and 2, who are not supported by their employers, and want to privately attend the programme. In the case that there are enough applicants, training will be provided on a Saturday.
Group 4 4th grade students or university graduates aged 21-28, who want to prepare themselves better for their future.
Applicants’ selection will be conducted and based on fulfilled conditions in each category, a filled-in application form including filled in questions which are part of the application, with a reservation fee of 1000,-CZK. In the case of acceptance on the course the fee is then reduced by this amount.
Final decision will be made based on an interview and course fee payment in full, at least one month before the start of the course. Upon received payment of the course, the programme warrantor will send confirmation of acceptance into the year-long course.
This course compiles of 12 meetings where the first and last one have the duration of 2 days. The course is always held on the first Friday of a month (two-days meeting are held Thursday-Friday and the last meeting is on the Friday-Saturday) within one year. In the case of enough private applicants the course is held on the first Saturday of the month. The course is always from 9am to 5pm.
The programme price for group 1, 2 and group 3 is 56 thousand without VAT. The programme price for students (Group 4) is financed by the “Endowment Fund of hope without boarders”, Koucink Academy, Greatcape and Palestra Company and therefore the priced is halved to 28 thousand CZK without VAT. This amount is due before the start of the course. From this amount there will be a reduction of 1000 CZK; VAT included which was taken out before, as the reservation fee.
Applicants, who have committed to this programme and paid the course fee, can be refunded before the course start date, to the compensation amount of 80%. In some cases the applicant can continue within the next created group. This decision is made by the project line-up which includes all 3 lecturers. In exceptional cases the project line-up will decide if it is possible to return whole amount of the course fee, except, that is, for the reservation fee of 1000CZK. Based on a both sided agreement it is possible to use the course fee in other companies’ programmes which created this programme. In the case of a course having to be ceased due to significant reasons from the organizers’ side, the cancelled sessions will be refunded.
Applicants acknowledge and the programme warrantors oblige that the programme is lead entirely by the 3 lecturers listed in programme.
A maximum of 12 applicants will be permitted into the training group.
Applicants agree that during the course and after passing the course, his/her name can be used for course references. All details given will be agreed by the applicant beforehand.
The applicant has the right to facilitate his/her www presentation on www.futureleader.cz in concordance with the law and to express their thoughts about the programme. This presentation serves to objectively review the course.
